Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
By using the 21a platform, you agree to comply with all established rules and will not engage in prohibited activities including but not limited to the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorized methods to access or exploit the platform.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or interfere with the platform’s security systems or infrastructure.

Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the 21a platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include online bank transfers and local e-wallets like Touch 'n Go and GrabPay. 21a does not accept payments through channels not listed on the platform without prior written approval.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by 21a and may change from time to time. The latest details are available in the user account section. All withdrawal requests are subject to review, which can take 1 to 5 business days depending on the method chosen.
Every confirmed transaction is final and cannot be reversed except in extraordinary circumstances recognized by 21a. You are responsible for ensuring your registered bank or e-wallet details are accurate before making any withdrawals.
Users are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or financial obligations arising from winnings or transactions on the 21a platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian tax laws. 21a does not collect, withhold, or pay any taxes on behalf of users.
Liability Limits and Account Closure Policy

21a is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses experienced by users including lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use or inability to use the platform. 21a’s total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of money deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
21a reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any term, engaged in fraudulent activity, or caused losses to the platform or other users. In cases of account closure due to violations, 21a reserves the right to forfeit any credit balance in the account.
Users may also request to close their own accounts at any time through customer support channels. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded after all necessary checks are completed.
